Terms of Service
Use the service only for lawful purposes and only for media you are authorized to access and download.
Authorized use
You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights, permission or other lawful basis to download or process requested media. The service does not grant rights in third-party content.
Prohibited activity
Do not use unauthorized automation, bots, scraping, load generation, vulnerability testing, rate-limit evasion, credential abuse, access-control bypass attempts, service disruption, or repeated experiments intended to degrade or circumvent the platform. Security research requires prior written authorization.
Enforcement
The operator may throttle, block IP addresses or client identifiers, suspend accounts, revoke sessions, disable abusive requests, preserve relevant security evidence, and take other proportionate technical or legal steps permitted by applicable law. An IP address alone does not guarantee a person's identity, so enforcement may rely on multiple records and lawful process.
Content restrictions
Private, members-only, paid, removed, unsupported or otherwise restricted content may be blocked. Attempts to use the service as an access-control bypass are prohibited.
Plans and limits
Plans may include download, concurrency, quality, storage, retention, advertising or other limits. Paid access becomes effective only after a valid payment/activation process confirms the subscription.
Availability
The service may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, third-party platform changes or operational reasons.
