Respect third-party rights
Copyright, trademark, publicity and other rights remain with their respective owners. MuzClip does not authorize infringement or redistribution.
Restricted content
The backend may block content categorized as private, members-only, paid, removed or otherwise restricted. Users must not attempt to defeat those controls.
Rights complaints
MuzClip publishes a dedicated Rights Request process for copyright, trademark, privacy and other rights complaints. See the Rights Request page for submission details. Valid complaints may result in investigation, preservation of relevant records, disabling access where appropriate, or other action required by applicable law.
Repeat abuse
Accounts or clients repeatedly associated with substantiated infringement or deliberate control-bypass attempts may be restricted or suspended in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
